Just a quick note to update all those who might actually read this....

I have been home for almost two weeks now.  It's been good being here and seeing people I haven't seen in awhile.  I've gotten a lot done, and I'm glad I decided to come home.  Everything is steadily falling into place regarding the Bible Institute.  It's amazing how God works everything out in His perfect time!  Now if I could just remember that and trust Him in every aspect of my life, things would be so much better!!!

I leave to head back to New York on September 13.  I'm very excited about the upcoming BI year.  I pray God will change me and I will grow in my walk with Him.

I guess that's about all for right now...gotta go run some errands.  I'd like to say I'll update soon, but I'm not sure I will, so if you all could just pray for me as I'm going through some changes in my life, I'd really appreciate it.  Until next time....Courtney

Hey sweetie! It was fun today. You are such a beautiful lady inside and out. I'm sad to see you grow up, but glad, you know? It's been a lot of years ago that you and Britta were my first little girls, the only ones ever in the trailer house!

Love you and will pray for you!

Thank you for your prayers. I remember the trailer house too...and the cracked eggshells in the batter with the yolk on the counter....and the trampoline...and playing Mother May I with Chief watching...lots of good memories!  Kind of makes me sad to grow up too!  I'll miss you guys!

I'm so glad you remember those days too...wish I'd had a video camera back then...it would be fun to review some of those times. I mostly remember you and Britta coming home from school and Britta reading aloud on the love seat to you whether you were interested or not! ;) I remember taking you girls to feed the cattle with Rich and I think it was you that got on the back of the truck with me???

Don't remember the egg shell incident! Maybe I was grumpy with you and don't want to remember it?

Miss you lots and more of the memories that you and Mary were sharing. Your mom is having a hard time dealing with her two oldest growing up and leaving home. I guess I never thought it would happen for real?! How silly is that? Life is so full of changes. Now you are a college girl and adjusting to that. My prayers are with you.

Hey, update! How's college life? Anxious to hear from you...

Also letting you and Britta know I'm having a book drawing on my site for an incredible Christian book by Tricia Goyer called, My Life, Unscripted. Would love you to have a chance to win it, all you have to do is comment on that post to be entered...here's the link:

Pass it on, if you want others to have a chance. It's geared for teen girls and young women!

Hugs,
Mary L
